Cantalena is a 160-acre master planned community in a superior location in the Menifee Valley. Sited between Scott Road and Garbani Road, less then a mile east of I-215, the development offers excellent freeway access and proximity to existing and planned services.
At build-out, Cantalena is planned for up to 935 homes, a 12-acre elementary school site and a 14.6-acre community park, including a state of the art multi-purpose community center building. Bluestone Communities worked diligently with neighbors and county staff to build consensus for Cantalena. The first development approved under the county’s new “CC” (Community Center) zoning, Cantalena may well represent the path that future development within the county will take.
Bluestone partnered with a long-term institutional partner and created value by processing a specific plan, EIR, zone change and general plan amendment. Bluestone was able to earn these development approvals by working closely with the Menifee Valley community, County staff and various political bodies. |
